Greetings -
We had an amazing experience this last week that should be inspiring to anyone who is worried about the future. Read about it on the ToPS Blog at: www.TotalPatientService.BlogSpot.com.
Meanwhile, we are off to Las Vegas this week for the Crown Council Annual Event. (www.CCAnnualEvent.com) The ToPS training session on Thursday morning is going be a team transformation experience as we roll out a new system for team communication, practice development, and team work to over 200 dental teams.
Have a great week ahead as you work together as a team toward ToPS performance.
Morning Huddle Action Thoughts
February 2 Thought: The buried talent is the sunken rock on which most lives strike and founder. Frederick W. Faber
Action: The psychologists say that a talent unexercised will likely demand attention at some inconvenient time. Find a way to exercise it now, at work if it fits in, or in your optional time.
February 3 Thought: Hold yourself responsible for a higher standard than anybody expects of you. Never excuse yourself. Henry Ward Beecher
Action: There is genuine excitement in improving your performance in something you do. Discover a way to gain that excitement today.
February 4 Thought: A first failure may prepare the way for a later success. Arnold Lobel
Action: Do a review. Think of something you tried that didn’t work–a problem that needs to be solved. Now you know what won’t work, you have a new opportunity to think again about what will. Do it today.
February 5 Thought: The vital successful people I have met all had one common characteristic. They had a plan. Marilyn Van Derbur
Action: Consult your plan and take a step towards reaching one of its goals. If you don’t have a plan, today is a good day to make one.
February 6 Thought: Each morning is the open door to a new world–new vistas, new aims, new tryings. Leigh Mitchel Hodges
Action: This is a great day to try something new that you have never done before. Enjoy.
