ToPS Annual Planning Round Table:
December 4, 2009 Dallas, Texas
Greetings -
We are just back from our ToPS “Total Immersion” course in Nashville, TN. It was one of the best groups we have ever had and I appreciate all who made it a great experience.
We concluded the course with each team making commitments to return and produce more than scheduled next week! It is possible if you have the expectation, verbal skills, and commitment to be Willing W.I.T. (Whatever It Takes!)
Speaking of “expectations,” make sure to check out this week’s ToPS Blog at www.TotalPatientService.BlogSpot.com. This blog challenges you to have “Better than Yes” results with your prospective new patients. This simple concept has the power produce exponential marketing and case acceptance results.
Commitment and expectation are just two characteristics of a great team that is lead by a great leader. The ToPS “Leading a ToP Team” is a required course for any dentist and team leader who wants to lead their team to the ToP. Call our team today at 1-877-399-8677 for details on our upcoming “Leading a ToP Team” courses.
Have a great week as you make your results ToPS!
Morning Huddle Action Thoughts

Action: Exercise and share some youthful creativity with your team members today. Create and share an idea about what can be done to make your office a little bit more inviting, efficient, or just better.
March 3 Thought: Be a good listener. Your ears will never get you in trouble. Frank Tyger
Action: Be totally focused on each and every patient you see today. Listen to them intently. See what a difference your ears can make.
March 4 Thought: Never lose a chance to say a kind word. William Thackeray
Action: Give at least one compliment or kind word to each patient you see today.
March 5 Thought: A problem is an opportunity for you to do your best. Duke Ellington
Action: Identify the most challenging patient you see this week. What can the entire team do to “do your best” with this patient and perhaps make him/her one of the best?
March 6 Thought: We are not endeavoring to get ahead of others but to surpass ourselves. Hugh B. Brown
Action: Compete with yourself today to be just a little bit better in one or more areas than you were yesterday.
