Greetings -
I am just back from Vancouver, BC after having worked with some great dental teams who were enthusiastic and engaged all day in the “Secrets of Total Case Acceptance.”
During our day together, one of many existing patient scenarios came up where there is an opportunity to “Redirect and Appoint.” Sometimes patients are not headed in the right direction for their best health. With a commitment to total health and some good presentation/verbal skills, you can “Redirect” the patient and “Appoint” them for the right kind of visit. To learn the specific verbal skills for this scenario, visit the ToPS blog at www.TotalPatientService.BlogSpot.com. Make sure to share this week’s blog with anyone who answers the phone on your team. It has specific skills that will help them “Redirect and Appoint.”
Crown Council teams around the world started out on a campaign this week to “Grow while the masses are slow.” It is a commitment to continue growing the practice while others are running for cover or retreating because of “the economy.” To learn more about how you can “Grow while the masses are slow,” give our team a call at 1-877-399-8677 or e-mail Answers@TotalPatientService.com.
Have a great week as you Grow, Redirect and Appoint!
Morning Huddle Action Thoughts
March 9 Thought: The time to do something is when no one else is willing to do it. Will Durrant
Action: Surprise someone today by tackling a job that needs doing and no one else seems to be willing to do. You will feel better about yourself and it’s likely there will be others who feel better about you.
March 10 Thought: Before you put on a frown, make absolutely certain there are no smiles available. Jim Briggs
Action: Make an extra effort to wear a smile all day, even when you have reason to be a little annoyed. It will give your spirit a lift and everyone else will wonder if you know something they don’t know.
March 11 Thought: Every man (woman) devises his/her own future. H. F. Hedge
Action: Decide now how you would like people to describe you when you are not present. Begin today to earn that reputation.
March 12 Thought: The beginning is the most important part of the work. Plato
Action: Begin today to put more into your job than you expect to get out of it. You will soon discover that what you get out of your work will increase and be constantly catching up with what you put in.
March 13 Thought: The information supply doubles every five years. Psychologists
Action: If you feel a little self-conscious about telling people about the benefits of treatment, just think of it as unselfishly sharing the ever-increasing information supply to help them keep up to date.
