Greetings -
There is nothing more exciting to me than hearing results from ToPS Teams! This week, for example, I heard from one of the teams who attended the ToPS “Total Immersion” course last month who immediately added another 25% to their average monthly production. Adding another 25% to a single doctor practice that is already doing 0,000 a month isn’t bad! Not only did they get an immediate 200%return on their investment, it is a return that will keep on returning for months and years to come.
In a day and time when it is hard to find a good place to invest your money for any type of return, our team has worked hard to make ToPS one of the best if not THE best Return on Investment in dentistry. The results show it.
There is nothing more destructive to results, however, than lack of focus. The 3 ingredients that ignite the power of magnified focus is the topic of this week’s ToPS Blog at www.TotalPatientService.BlogSpot.com. Read it. Implement the three ingredients. And watch your practice catch on fire.
We hope you have a productive week as you conclude your morning huddle each day with the ToPS Morning Huddle Action Thoughts below.
Have a great week!
Morning Huddle Action Thoughts
March 16 Thought: To go about your work with pleasure, to greet others with a word of encouragement, to be happy in the present and confident in the future; this is to have achieved some measure of success in living. Edwin Osgood Grover
Action: Resolve to make today a “success in living” day.
March 17 Thought: Sharing success can make the environment happier and more productive. Steve Anderson
Action: Watch for things that please a patient and bring a smile to his or her face. Share them with the dental team. It will teach some lessons and give everyone a lift.
March 18 Thought: It is important not to lean on other people because in time you will be unable to do things yourself. Dolores Del Rio
Action: Think of something you are doing or learning that involves another team member. Make today the day you perform the function independently. Then assist someone else in doing a task that will help him/her on the way to independence.
March 19 Thought: You can increase your value to the practice by becoming a volunteer in a community organization. Steve Anderson
Action: Determine something you would enjoy doing in the community that you have time and ability to do. Give yourself a fair allotment of time to perform some community service. It will provide a boost for the practice and for yourself.
March 20 Thought: Do not mistake activity for achievement. Mabel Newcomber
Action: Think of something you do routinely that provides activity and makes you look busy but perhaps could be done in a more efficient way. Make the change.
