Thought:  People don’t buy solutions to problems they don’t perceive to have!

Action:  Keep in mind that you are not on hand to lecture, but to educate.  A patient is not ready to be educated until he/she is convinced there is a problem that needs to be solved.  Make it a point today to first discover what each patient perceives to be the problem.


June 30
Thought:  When it comes to decision-making, the subconscious mind is often more reliable than the conscious mind.  It compares present against past experiences and generates strong feelings about whether a proposed solution is wise or unwise.   Richard Wiseman, Ph. D.

Action:  Give your subconscious an opportunity to help you make decisions and then temper  your hunches with conscious logic.

Action:  Have the team select 20 people in the community who would make high quality patients.  Decide which member of the team could network his/her way to each person most easily and offer the services of the practice.
