Morning Huddle Action Thoughts

August 17

Thought:  He who does not fill his world with phantoms remains alone.  Antonio Porchia

 

Action:  This is a great idea to always start your day by sharing with your team at least one “phantom” of  success from yesterday.  Celebrate your successes and you will be amazed how many more will come to you. 

 

August 18

Thought:  Beware of little expenses; a small leak will sink a great shipFranklin

 

Action:  Review your area of responsibility and find at least one thing that could save money without reducing patient service.

 

August 19

Thought:  Be a private eye for your dental practice.  Steve Anderson

 

Action:  Be alert especially today and make a mental note of something that you could do to deliver better Total Patient Service.

 

August 20

Thought:  All I know is what I read in the newspapers.  Will Rogers

 

Action:  Make it a daily habit to scan the newspaper and send clippings and congratulations to patients and those who might become patients who are mentioned in the paper. 

 

August 21

Thought:  Daily patient research can yield great dividends. 

 

Action:  Make the following inquiries of every existing patient:  (1) What else could we do to make your visit even better?  (2)  Who in your life needs to come to our office and be a patient just like you?  Keep making these inquiries until it becomes a habit.  Make patients’ lives better and get their help to make someone else’s life better too by becoming your patient.
