October 19

Action:  Put every patient “in front” today by making them feel important, appreciated, and listened to.


October 20 

Thought:  You can start right where you stand and apply the habit of going the extra mile by rendering more service and better service than you are now being paid for. Napoleon Hill


Action:  Think of one simple thing that your patients today don’t pay you to do, and do it.  Do more and they will refer more!


October 21
