Greetings -

Want more new patients?  Check out this week’s ToPS Blog at www.TotalPatientService.BlogSpot.com for a simple idea every practice should be doing every day that will add additional new patients nearly every day for FREE to your schedule.  3 simple steps that will boost your new patient flow.

Have a great week as you use one of the ToPS Morning Huddle Action Thoughts below each morning to conclude your morning huddle.

Morning Huddle Action Thoughts

November 2

Thought:  Problems and even mistakes can be seen as educational opportunities rather than occasions for placing blame.

Action:  Take one problem today and turn it intoa challenge to improve the practice. Think: what can I do to turn this “challenge” into an opportunity or advantage for our practice.”

November 3

Thought:  Make something better every day.  Robert Hall

Action:  Choose one thing today in your daily work routine and do it better. Don’t just get by and maintain, do something better every day.

November 4

Thought:  Make this an especially significant day for someone.

Action:  Go ahead.  Make someone’s day today!  Choose at least one person today who would be especially grateful for an expression of admiration from you.  Be sure that expression is delivered in an effective and sincere way today.

November 5

Thought:  Every man (woman) should keep a fair sized cemetery in which to bury the faults of his friends (and patients).  H.W. Beecher

Action:  Rather than let perceived faults of friends and patients annoy you, use them as learning experiences with a resolve never to develop the same fault.  Then do the burying.

November 6

Thought:  Genius is one percent inspiration and ninety-nine percent perspiration.      Thomas Edison

Action:   Resolve to keep on keeping on!  Pick the one thing that is the most difficult for you do, and keep doing it!  The more you do, the easier it will become.
