Greetings -
We just wrapped up our ToPS Annual Planning Round Table with ToPS teams came in from all over the country for the day to MasterMind and plan another successful year ahead. The ideas were plentiful and the plans complete before we concluded for the day. The Annual Planning Round Table meeting provides the space, time and resources to have a well planned out year ahead. Congratulations
to all the ToPS teams who attended and have a written plan in had to
move ahead with confidence for successful year ahead.
Make sure to learn “Service Lessons from the Court House” in this week’s ToPS Blog by logging on to www.TotalPatientService.BlogSpot.com While
completing my civic duty this week, I experienced a great example of
the one of the most powerful case acceptance Natural Laws in a most
unlikely place. Don’t miss it.
Have a great week as you take your team to the ToP!
Morning Huddle Action Thoughts
December 7
Thought: Be wiser than other people if you can be, but do not tell them so. LordChesterfield
Action: Keep this admonition always in mind. Itwill remind you to “ask” not tell, so that patients commit themselves to treatment. Perhaps they will then be more willing and prompt in following through with treatment.
December 8, 2009:
Thought: The primary purpose of a liberal education is to make one’s mind a pleasant place in which to spend one’s time. Sydney J. Harris
Action: What are you doing to take personal responsibility for your own development and education? Read something each day to develop your mind and skills.
December 9
Thought: The pleasure we derive from doing favors is partly in the feeling it give us that we are not altogether worthless. Eric Hoffer
Action: Do something special for someone today who would least expect it but most appreciate it.
December 10
Thought: Feel the magic of those two little big words, “thank you.” Ardath Rodale
Action: Do an audit today. Count the number of times you say“thank you” and give a lift to everybody with whom you associate.
December 11
Thought: Sometimes failures can be valuable teachers.
Action: Make sure to celebrate your “Failures”as well as your successes. Failure can be a valuable teacher as long as the lesson is learned and not repeated.
