Morning Huddle Action Thoughts

January 4

Thought:  There is nothing more important than making certain that each team member feels respected and valued.  Robert Crandall

Action:  Do something for someone on the team today to thank, recognize or acknowledge even the most common, every-day contribution to the office.

January 5

Thought:  Most people have capabilities beyond those they are called on to use in their work assignments. 

Action:  Go the extra mile today to do something more than what you are asked to do. Use a talent that may not be “needed” in the office, but would enhance the team by doing more than you are required to do.  Then watch what amazing things will start happen.

Thought:  It takes five times as much time,effort, and money to acquire a new patient as it does to keep an existing one.  

Action:  Make an extra effort today to treat each patient as if his/her continuation as a patient is entirely dependent on your successful interaction and treatment today…because it is!

Action:  Pick one verbal skill today that may have fallen by the way side and USE it today in every opportunity you can.  It is not the knowing, but the doing that creates results.

Action:  Be "somebody" to every patient today by providing them with extra-ordinary care, concern, and comfort.
