Greetings -

In dentistry, there are some deadly traps.  The worst of them is the activity trap.  We all fall victim to it from time-to-time if we are not mindful.  What is it? Getting so busy that you confuse activity with accomplishment.  Discover a solution so that you will never be caught in the activity trap again by reading this week’s ToPS Blog at www.TotalPatientService.BlogSpot.com

Have a great week as you accomplish worthwhile things and make your practice ToPS!

Morning Huddle Action Thoughts

February 22

Thought:  The foolish and the dead alone never change their opinion.   Lowell

Action:   What is one thing you have resisted doing or implanting in the office?  Just for today, change your opinion and get on board.  Just do it and see what happens as a result.  You’ll never know until you try.  And if you don’t know…you just might be considered a fool!!!

February 23

Thought:  Not only strike while the iron is hot, but make it hot by striking. Cromwell

Action:  Execute with precision at least one thing you know is important to your daily success that you may have been lax on in the past. Really focus on it and just see how “hot” your results become.

February 24

Thought:   We have no more right to consume happiness without producing it than to consume wealth without producing it.  George Bernard Shaw

Action:  It could be for another dental team member or a patient in need.  Do something today that will bring an extra measure of happiness to someone else.

February 25

Thought:  The deepest urge in human nature is the desire to feel important.  John Dewey

Action:  Be especially watchful today.  Comment and compliment someone for a virtue, kindness, or expertise observed.

February 26

Thought:  Today is the best day yet.  Tomorrow will be even better.

Action:   Think of something you can do today that will make tomorrow an even better day.  A good way to accomplish this is to make tomorrow the best day yet for someone else.
