numbers from you practice management software
program in the secure and private ToPS Stats
web page. The Total Patient Service statistical
analysis team immediately goes to work on producing
a unique set of reports.
The Reports:
ToPS Stats gives you 3 sets of reports that
will show you

clinically, managerially, and interpersonally
with your patients.

Where you have been yesterday
and where you may be headed tomorrow based
on your unique practice trends..

How you compare to other
practices in each area of measurement so you
can see what is possible and learn from the
experience of others.
The Knowledge:
Each month, you’re invited to join other
ToPS Stats users on a conference call to discuss
different areas of practice and ideas for improving
performance. You’ll exchange ideas with
others who have the commitment to improve and
are willing to share how they are doing it.
The Wisdom:
“Wisdom is knowledge rightly applied.”
Since it’s not just the knowing, but the
doing that creates positive results, you’ll
have a monthly private call with a Total Patient
Service Institute Practice Advisor who will
help interpret your reports, and develop a written
action plan with specific areas for you and
your team to focus on for improvement.
Confidentiality:
Each ToPS Stats user practice is assigned a
secure and confidential Practice I.D. and Password.
Your individual results, performance and how
you compare to other ToPS Stats practices will
only be known to you and those with whom you
choose to share.
