As a Pankey-trained hygienist with experience alongside Tucker, LVI, and Dawson clinicians, Elizabeth combines clinical insight with operational expertise to help teams thrive.

Elizabeth is also a Certified FranklinCovey Trainer and international speaker, known for her impactful presentations on leadership, trust, and execution. Her global perspective, shaped by 12 years as the Clinical Director of a mobile hospital unit in East Africa, enriches her ability to connect with teams across diverse environments.

Outside of her work, Elizabeth enjoys her church community, traveling with her husband Royce and spending time with their adult children, Sophia, Dominique, Wendy, and Elijah. Her miniature Dachshund, Willa is a welcomed addition to their family.
