Lindsay Newhouse 

Lindsay is best known for her strong communication skills and attention to detail.   One of her many great assets is the ability to coach teams to achieve their desired results.  Lindsay believes that every person on the team has a unique ability, and her coaching style   consistently mirrors her belief.    

Lindsay graduated from Baylor College of Dentistry with a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene which laid the groundwork for her passion in dentistry.   You would think that would be enough and …Lindsay wanted more!   She continued to learn the business of dentistry in an advisory role and has been instrumental with coaching dentists and teams to perform at their best.  

Lindsay has over two decades of experience in dentistry and her proven method starts with sharing ToPS systems with her teams and coaching them meet the patient where they are.  One of her favorite quotes is “People before Teeth” and her philosophy is simple: when the team grows, the practice thrives.

Lindsay enjoys  learning & collaborating with her  fellow peers.   She’s currently serving as a hygiene mastermind moderator with Crown Council. 

When work is done Lindsay’s favorite place is outdoors and she considers herself a boutique shopping connoisseur! Lindsay is a Texas native and resides in Dallas with her husband Scott, son Austin and her mini golden doodle “Sierra”.
